Our client is Fira Oy. Project includes three residential buildings and all in all 113 apartments. Main designer and architect is Arrak Arkkitehdit Oy. Construction period 2021-2023.
6 floor buildings’ frames are constructed of concrete elements and roof structures are wooden. This was a great project for us and lots of gratitude towards our client and other participants in this project for really professional way of working. Worth mentioning is the fact that these buildings are heated by Finland’s first low temperature geothermal heating network. Great to learn new things for us as well even though it would not be actually our field of work.
