Our client is SSA Rakennus Oy. This project consists of 56 apartments, commercial space at street level and underground parking building. Main designer and architect is Neva Arkkitehdit Oy. Planned construction period 2023-2024.
Frames are constructed of concrete and steel elements. Upper most floor is designed of wooden structures. For us extremely interesting has been participation in the development of our client’s prefabricated bathroom modules.
