Our client was SSA Rakennus Oy. In this 8 floor residential building there are 41 apartments. Main designer and architect was Arkkitehtipalvelu Oy.
Frame is designed and made of prefabricated concrete elements. Upper most floor was constructed of wooden framed elements. Our fearless client wished also the roof to be constructed of prefabricated wooden framed ready blocks. So we did the design and ready blocks were placed perfectly in places and lots of time was saved on construction site.
