The building frame consisted almost entirely of precast elements, with a timber top floor. We also designed the roof’s pre-engineered trusses together with the client as part of a new roof element concept.

The finished elements were lifted into place in a controlled manner without unnecessary adjustments. Installation proceeded exactly as planned.
