We were involved in the project from the very beginning, starting with the demolition permit for the previous building located on site.
The project was also personally meaningful to us, as our office at the time was just a short walk away, and two of our employees lived nearby. It was rewarding to pass the construction site daily and watch the plans transform into reality.
