The 10-storey building frame consists of a combination of precast walls and cast-in-place slabs, while the parking garage roof was constructed as a cast-in-place and post-tensioned reinforced concrete slab.

This was our first project and provided an excellent opportunity to demonstrate our capabilities. We extend our sincere thanks to our client. Few structural engineering offices begin their journey with a project of this scale. Its successful completion in every respect made it an unforgettable first project for us.
