The work progressed clearly and efficiently, as the client’s professional management kept the overall project under control from start to finish, even on a tight schedule. When design management functions well, it allows the designer to focus on what truly matters.

An interesting additional feature for this project was the heating system, where Finland’s first geothermal low-temperature district heating network was implemented. Although it did not directly fall within the scope of structural design, it was inspiring to observe such an advanced undertaking up close.
