This 13-storey apartment building provided an appropriately challenging structural design task. The relatively tall and slender frame, combined with the ground-floor retail space — for which a grocery operator involved already at the design stage provided its own technical requirements — demanded expertise and strong information management.

The structural design classification of the project was exceptionally demanding, and our plans underwent third-party review.
