The project consists of an underground parking structure with a football field constructed above it. The frame is cast-in-place concrete, and the deck structure is post-tensioned.

The parking garage is largely located below groundwater level, with three above-ground stairwells, which added complexity to both design and execution. The structural design classification was exceptionally demanding.
